With 17+ years of experience in business strategy and leadership, I’ve helped founders crush the internal and external blocks keeping them stuck—so they can build profitable, values-driven businesses that don’t compromise their mission or their wellbeing.

I’m certified as a John Maxwell Coach, DISC Consultant, and Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach—but what matters most is that I’ve lived what I now teach. I know how it feels to carry the weight of a vision with no roadmap, to wonder if the burnout is worth it, and to question if it’s time to quit.

I know how it feels because I've been there too.

II opened my own salon in 2016 after managing a successful, million-dollar beauty business.
I knew how to lead under someone else's direction.
But being the visionary, the decision-maker, the CEO?
That was unfamiliar territory—and I had no roadmap.

So I did what most high-performing business owners do:
I poured money, time, and energy into courses, summits, and strategy.
Even then… I was still losing team members.
Still not hitting my goals.
Still unsure where to focus or how to lead from a place of clarity.

I was exhausted—working hard but not smart.
Checking boxes, saying yes to everything, and constantly running on empty.
I thought I had to choose between being a present parent, a supportive partner, a reliable friend… and being a successful salon owner.

Turns out, you don’t.

But you do have to stop doing everything.
You have to stop managing chaos and start leading with alignment.

When 2020 hit, it exposed every crack in my business—and in me.
I stepped back, tried working elsewhere, hoped things would “just work out.”
They didn’t.
Because real success requires structure.
And real leadership starts with you.

Today, I lead differently.
I delegate with confidence.
I strategize with intention.
I coach from experience, not theory.

And now? I help entrepreneurs do the same:
Build aligned, sustainable businesses that support—not suffocate—their life.

Because burnout is not a business model.
And you don’t need more hustle.
You need direction, systems, and someone in your corner who gets it.

My journey so far

2020 – The Breakdown

Everything looked fine on the outside… but inside, I was overwhelmed and lost. 

That year, I hit a wall. I was burned out, stuck in a life that didn’t feel like mine, and constantly second-guessing myself. I knew something had to change—but I didn’t know where to start.

2021 – The Inner Battle

Facing the hard truths and doing the work that no one else could do for me.

I started therapy, coaching, journaling—anything to reconnect with myself. It was messy and emotional. But slowly, I began peeling away the layers of who I thought I "should" be.

2022 – The Turning Point

I stopped shrinking and started showing up.

This was the year I found my voice. I got certified as a coach, started working with women privately, and began turning my pain into purpose. It was scary—but also incredibly freeing.

2023 – The Rise

What once felt impossible became my new normal.

I launched my first group program, spoke at events, and built a growing community of women who saw themselves in my story. Coaching became more than work—it became my calling.
